These terms apply unless otherwise stated on a specific trip page.
Nude Beach Trips acts solely as an Event Organizer. The initial payment made online is a Deposit / Event Fee to secure your participation in the trip.
External Providers: We do not collect payment for third-party services such as accommodation, venue fees, or local transport. The remaining balance for these services is payable directly to the provider upon arrival.
This payment must be made in the currency and method required by the provider (e.g., local cash). Failure to pay the provider directly is a breach of these terms.
By booking, you agree that if you fail to arrive or pay the external provider directly ("No-Show"), your Deposit/Event Fee is forfeited in full as a cancellation penalty to cover damages to the organizer.
Unless otherwise stated on an individual trip page, the following cancellation policy applies to the Deposit/Event Fee. Cancellation timelines are based on the trip start date in the destination’s local time. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
At our discretion, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future trip (subject to availability) in place of a cash refund.
If a trip is cancelled by us due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us (Deposits/Event Fees).
Where appropriate, we may also offer the option to transfer payments to a future trip or receive a credit, at the participant’s choice.
Nude Beach Trips is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including flights, accommodation outside the trip, travel insurance, or other personal expenses.
By participating in an event/trip, you acknowledge that travel and outdoor activities can involve risks (including illness, injury, weather, ocean conditions, transportation disruptions, and the actions of third parties).
External Provider Disclaimer: Services including but not limited to accommodation, transport, and excursions are provided by independent third parties. Your contract for these services is directly with the provider and is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Nude Beach Trips is not liable for the acts, omissions, safety standards, or service failures of these external providers.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes medical coverage and trip interruption/cancellation. Failure to obtain travel insurance does not create any liability for Nude Beach Trips.
Clothing optional, friendly, naturist. We keep it laid-back — clear etiquette, respectful culture, and good humans.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of the trip. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
